How do you assess the feasibility of your study's recruitment plan?

This is the second of three sessions presented by BBK Worldwide that focus on successful clinical trial patient recruitment, engagement, and retention.

Clinical trial feasibility – it’s a standard part of recruitment planning and essential for predicting enrollment success. Yet so often it’s easy to get wrong, putting timelines and budget at risk. And whether that’s because there’s too great a focus on quantitative factors – such as volume of patients or number of competing studies – it’s clear that study sponsors and sites can benefit from an enhanced approach.

This archived event presents learners with a new perspective on feasibility models, featuring an approach that combines quantitative and qualitative characteristics to help accurately ascertain a site’s probability of enrollment success. This archived event introduces qualitative factors – such as investigator enthusiasm for the investigational compound and study coordinator motivation / bandwidth – to the feasibility conversation.

Learning Objectives

After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Estimate site enrollment success with greater accuracy by assessing quantitative and qualitative characteristics.
  • Learn the qualitative characteristics that factor into enrollment success.
  • Learn nine evaluable site qualities that impact enrollment success.
