Identifying and communicating evidence-based nutrition information is challenging, particularly when we are exposed to messages from many different sources. As a result, there is a lot of inaccurate and misleading information circulating that can cause confusion for learners seeking advice about nutrition. This short course is designed to help healthcare professionals anticipate and address common sources of confusion and misinformation around food and nutrition. By the end of this course, you should feel more confident in your ability to communicate accurate, evidence-based nutrition messages to a wide range of audiences.
