About this training

Please join us for one of the three online sessions held on Monday, April 15th, September 16th, & December 2nd 1:00PM - 2:30PM ET. These sessions are for faculty members at any rank (instructor, assistant professor, associate professor, professor). Faculty from Tufts Medicine, Tufts University, and our Tufts CTSI partner network are invite to participate. Small group discussions within each session will be organized by rank. This training requires you to complete online pre-work (approximately 40 minutes) prior to the live Zoom session.

Each session is limited to 8-12 participants to optimize small group and peer learning.

Requirements for the training:

• Complete online pre-work (approximately 40 minutes) on the Tufts CTSI I LEARN platform prior to attending the live session.
• Participate actively during the live session case discussions and share mentoring experiences.
• Answer follow-up surveys about the outcomes and impact of this training on your mentees.
